Perhaps the most innovative feature of the canvas is the integrated hoop/paddle holder. The hoops are CNC cut from 1/4" Vinyl stock for a perfect fit. They are held in place by a grommet and stainless steel post on the hoop to prevent the hoop from moving, and fit into webbing pockets. The hoops are interchangeable and are tensioned with internal staps and quick release buckles.
The canvas is double reinforced to prevent chafing and reinforce the zippers. The zipper ends on top of the hoop to relieve tension on the zipper and prevent damage. Zippers are heavy duty plastic. Zipper 'tail' is provided (not pictured). The removable/replaceable paddle holder is cut from rubber sheet for an easy and secure fit around the paddle. It extends from underside of the hoop to minimize interferenc with the zipper. The durable rubber inserts are replaceble to accomodate unusual paddle sizes.
